Las Vegas is one of the top destinations for bachelor parties. The city has just about everything you need to have the best bachelor party possible. There are plenty of things to do from mild to wild, and it’s all located in a central location.
If you’re considering a Vegs bachelor party or planning one, here are some tips that cover the most common questions I’ve seen over the years.

Choose Your Bachelor Party Hotel
This is probably the biggest question people start with when planning a Vegas bachelor party. The entire Strip is lined with hotels and it’s tough to decide which one will be best.
The top things to consider are how much luxury you want and what location you prefer.
The reason this is important is because you can get a nicer hotel for less money if you stay towards the ends of the strip instead of the middle of the strip. The downside is that if you stay on the ends of the strip, it takes longer to get anywhere and you’ll probably spend more on Uber rides.
Generally, if you plan on hitting a bunch of casinos, bars, and nightclubs, staying somewhere around the middle of the strip is the best bet. However, if you’re on a tight budget, staying toward the ends of the strip will usually be a better deal.
The middle of the strip is the area around Caesers Palace, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, and The Cosmopolitan. The far end of the strip is marked by The Mandalay Bay on one side and The Stratosphere on the opposite end.
As far as quality, the main hotels are all pretty equal so there isn’t much of a difference if you’re just getting an average room. At the high end, hotels like Wynn, Cosmopolitan, and Fontainebleau can be nicer.
The key is to decide what you want. Do you just need a place to crash at the end of the night or do you want a high-end room? Once you decide on that, fit that with your budget by choosing either a centrally located Strip hotel or something toward the ends of the strip.
Hitting A Nightclub
If you’re planning on hitting one of the major nightclubs in Vegas, it can be a little confusing. The reason it’s confusing is that there are several different entry and ticket options and each has a different price.
Walk-ups: This is probably the least reliable way to get in a nightclub and it’s just to walk up to the club entrance and wait in line. This only works if the club is slow.
If it’s a busy night or there’s a known DJ playing, you likely won’t get in with this method if you’re with a group of all guys.
General Admission Ticket: This is a ticket you buy in advance through the club’s website or app. If you’re staying at the same hotel the club is in, you can ask the front desk about this as well and charge it to your room.
This will guarantee you get inside as long as you show up during the entry time. You may still have a wait if it’s busy, but you will get in if you follow all the rules about entry.
Table Service: This is when you reserve a table along with a full bottle of liquor (or more). These generally start between $1500-$2000. A table is nice as you get your own waitress along with special access to the bathrooms. You also get a place to sit and chill for a while. On busy nights, it’s standing room only and it can take a while to order a drink if you don’t have a table.
So a table is nice, but it’s expensive for most budgets. It’s not necessary and you can meet just as many girls without a table as with a table. Just depends on how you want to spend your money.
If you have 5 guys in your group, a table can be split up cost-wise and it’s not too expensive considering what you get. You’ll also have “club girls” coming to your table without much effort, so that’s a bonus.
Local Promoters: In Vegas, there are local club promoters who have a loose relationship with certain nightclubs. These promoters can be hit or miss and you can usually find them on Instagram or TikTok by searching for “Vegas club promoter”.
Generally, use caution with promoters. They may not be able to deliver what they promise which ends up with you standing outside the club with no tickets. So just use judgment and your instincts if you decide to use a promoter. Stay in close contact with them in case it falls through and you have to make a last-minute change
Day Clubs in Las Vegas (Pools)
Another option is day clubs, which are essentially outdoor clubs by the resort pool. These go on during the day and at night. During the day, they are generally easier to get in if you just walk up when they open. So preplanning is not really necessary unless there is a big DJ playing.
You can also rent a cabana, which is similar to a table at a nightclub, but they don’t always come with the same level of service. Without a cabana, don’t bring too much with you as you’ll have no place to leave it.
Just pace yourself when drinking outdoors in Vegas. The mixture of heat, sun, and dryness can really cut down on your tolerance. If you have a big night planned, don’t go too hard during the day with the drinking.
I’ve seen countless tourists pass out early in the afternoon at day clubs and they have to be carried out.
Vegas Strip Clubs for Bachelor Parties
You can’t talk about a Vegas bachelor party without talking about strip clubs. If you plan on hitting a strip club, you have a few different options in Vegas.
In Vegas, we have a few really cheap clubs along with some of the most expensive, so you can pretty much find whatever you want here.
If you’re in a group, you should definitely use the club’s transportation. They’ll pick you up for free and the cover charge is usually half price or they’ll fully waive it if your group is large enough.
Either way, it’s free and you’ll save money on the cover charge.

Hire Strippers To Your Las Vegas Hotel Room
Las Vegas has several local services that can deliver strippers directly to your hotel room. These are designed for bachelor parties and similar get-togethers. You’ll even see some of the services advertised on huge LED signs attached to trucks driving up and down the Strip.
The difference between these services and just going to a strip club is that you have more one-on-one interaction with the strippers. There’s also a chance they will put on various “shows” with toys and other things, which is not something you can get at a strip club.
In some cases, there’s also a much higher chance your group can get some “extras” after the show has concluded.
However, there is a bit of a gamble when you use a stripper service in Vegas. The girls don’t really work for the services, they’re just girls the owner of the service has contacts with.
So the girls you get can be random. Strip clubs are random as well, but you can just ignore girls you don’t like at a club. If they show up to your room, you’re stuck with those girls.

The biggest tip is to not wait until the last minute to hire one of these services. For example, if it’s Friday night and your group suddenly has the idea of hiring strippers to your room, there’s a good chance it won’t turn out well.
You need to call around a little and iron out all the details to have the best chance of these services working out how you imagine. They can definitely be a great time, but it takes a bit of effort in advance to avoid getting ripped off.

If you’ve been to Las Vegas before you may have seen random guys passing out small business cards that have photos of strippers on them along with a phone number. You may have even been handed one of these cards.
These used to be way more common but they still exist today. However, most of these services tend to be scams. They aren’t direct scams that will straight-up steal your money. But they prey on guys who are trying to set something up last minute, like a bachelor party.
When you’re in Vegas and trying to do something wild last minute, you’re setting yourself up to be taken advantage of, and that’s what these services who advertise on the street do.
The most common way they scam is called upselling. They quote you a price for strippers or women to come to your room. The women do show up, but then they say that was only the “show up” fee. That’s when the upselling starts.
If you have unlimited money, then it can work out fine. However, if you have a set budget, the upsells will quickly burn through your money before anything wild happens. Then the girls leave because there’s no money left.
Generally, we advise against using these services that hand out flyers on the Strip. They do occasionally work out, but only try these in an absolute emergency and be ready for the upsell or other hustles.

Vegas is one of the best places for bachelor parties, it just takes a bit of planning and knowledge of the common scams that are out there.
